Macros

• One macro per service, which triggers 5 minutes before service.
• Each macro has a start of service timer, end of service timer, and a message trigger

Timers

• Service timers are set to countdown to a specific time. Thus, it does not matter when you start the timer.
• Start of service timer only shows up when the timer has less than 5 minutes remaining.

Messages

• The "Start of Service" message is what puts the timer on the main screen.
• When the start of service message starts, the message icon in the preview window turns red to indicate that there is an active message.

Macro Configuration

• To edit an existing setup, right click on the Macro, and select "Edit Actions"
• Select the timer or message that needs changed, and edit the settings.

Message Template

• Under the messages tab, the template setting configures where on the screen the timer will show.
• In the "Timer" template, color triggers set the color of the timer to be transparent when the timer is above 5 minutes, turns white when the timer is below 5 minutes, and turns transparent again when the timer hits 0 minutes.

Manually Fixing the Countdown

• In the messages tab, select the "Service Start" message.
• Manually enter the start time.
