Rehearsal Prep

• Prep Ableton.
• Set up the stage.
• Grab any needed items from the Hub
• Wipe off all mics with antibacterial wipes
• Refresh batteries in mics and IEM packs

Rehearsal

• Huddle all tech and platform team members
• Discuss service flow and pray
• Ensure everyone is able to connect to IEM board via SQ4You
• Line check
• Lead platform team during all portions of rehearsal

Post-Rehearsal

• Ensure wireless microphones and IEM packs are left on
• Organize IEM packs numerically in drawer
• Ensure all headphones are back in appropriate cases
• Ensure all wireless instrument transmitters are plugged in
• Organize wireless mics numerically
• Remove any unneeded items from stage
• Update Planning Center details
